Whisper IT Ltd. provides customer service and contact management solutions for business.  Based in Cardigan, West Wales, we are proof that in the new e-economy, centres of excellence can be based anywhere.

Our purpose built, 50 seat contact call centre is equipped with state-of-the-art telephone and computer technology, ensuring we are able to deliver a service that consistently exceeds customer expectations.  We are committed to an ongoing investment in people and infrastructure thereby guaranteeing continued high levels of customer satisfaction.

We are a relatively young, established and highly motivated company, specialising in developing innovative solutions to meet the demands of a rapidly changing marketplace.  Our staff are carefully chosen and trained to a high level of excellence, ensuring we add value to business and brands.

Our emphasis is on working closely with each of our customers offering tailored and bespoke solutions, thus ensuring a seamless integration, a service of high quality and best value.

Internal Structure

Being part of a successful company means we have a solid management structure with clear lines of reporting. Our quality control procedures incorporate accountability and ensure a consistently high quality in the services we provide. We have experience in our company from management through to IT infrastructure. We currently are able to conduct business for our clients in both English and Welsh.

Whisper IT Limited is registered with the Data Protection Registrar (Registered number 28844336) Protocols are in place to ensure the correct and secure handling of data on behalf of each of our clients and we fully comply with Data Protection requirements and guidelines.

There is a designated Data Controller and under the terms of the Data Protection Act we make sure that all staff are made aware of the act in so far as it applies to the work they do and all data we handle is covered by our Data Protection Policy.

Green DragonWhisper IT has a strong and continuing commitment to environmental management and has achieved Level 2 environmental standard accreditation with Green Dragon.
