Business Grade Internet Service Provider

This client took over control of a city-spanning radio IP network, putting them in a position to offer reliable, un-contended internet access to businesses in the area. The client’s staff was initially small, consisting of mostly technical, non-customer facing individuals. Initially we provided them with virtual office services, acting as their front-line reception along with taking new orders and handling customer accounts.

As soon as the client was ready to expand their operation they contacted us. It was crucial for them to generate awareness and enthusiasm for their product, and for this to rapidly translate to sales opportunities.

Our sales team put together a direct-mail campaign and followed it up with a mass call-out to the contacted businesses. Prior to calling, each member of our team was comprehensively briefed on every detail of the product, ensuring that each and every call had the maximum chance of leading to a sale. Appointments were agreed with potential customers to meet with a sales representative from the client. The work done by our sales team over the phone gave the client’s representatives the best possible opportunity to make a sale with each appointment.

The combination of direct-mailing, follow up calls and appointments was soon successful in generating new business. In partnership with WhisperIT, this client has now built up a successful and profitable operation with a large (and still expanding) customer base.

Business Communications Provider

As a national business communications provider, this client produces a large amount of email and postal correspondence along with physical and electronic technical documentation. They required an overall rebranding of these documents along with specific designs for monthly customer newsletters, marketing and sales emails, and technical support documents.

Members of our graphic design team quickly put together a shortlist of ideas and designs according to the client’s brief. Due to the rapidity with which we produced high-quality, fully realised designs, the client had ample time to narrow down their choices to a final design.

During this project the client also took advantage of our extensive sales experience to assist with their future marketing strategies.

In partnership with WhisperIT, this client was able to rebrand and redesign essential, customer directed documents. Due to their positive experience working with WhisperIT, this client returned to us on a regular basis for their vital design projects.

National Political Party

This client required extensive polling information in all regions of Wales, collected through telephone surveys. These surveys would be conducted in the party’s name, and consequently the manner in which they were conducted would reflect on the party itself. It was therefore extremely important that each call was carried out in a friendly and impartial manner. Language was also an important consideration as many of those called would be native Welsh speakers and would therefore prefer to conduct the survey in that language.

In order to achieve our client’s goals, we hired new, bilingual staff (some exclusively for this project) and ensured they were fully trained in carrying out the survey. Our callers made many thousands of calls in order to meet the client’s targets, each one conducted in a polite and professional manner. The data we collected were collated by our administrative staff and returned to the client within their strict timetable.

In partnership with WhisperIT, this client carried out a large scale, professional political poll at a very low price, collecting invaluable information about their potential voters.

National Internet Service Provider

This client is a large, national broadband provider that required additional manpower for its technical support and sales departments. Rather than hire and train expensive full time staff they contacted us. They required a well trained, medium –sized, 1st line technical support team to fully integrate with their current staff and systems. They also required additional sales staff to handle incoming enquiries and orders.

We successfully trained a team of technical support operatives to a high degree of competency. We ensured that the team was fully acquainted with the technology behind all levels of broadband service, from customer’s home equipment to the systems used in BT’s exchanges. We also ensured that our team was well versed in the client’s own systems and methodology, meaning that our technical support staff were indistinguishable from the client’s own in terms of knowledge and performance.

Not only were our technical support and sales teams fully reliable once in place, they were also highly adaptable. Our flexible staffing policies mean that, even on short notice, staffing levels can be changed to meet demand.

In partnership with WhisperIT, this client is able to manage highly variable call volume; from quiet periods to the exceedingly high call volume that attends a major service outage or critical server upgrade.
